It has the same chassis than his brother the Quattroporte model although Maserati announces that Granturismo is a 30% more rigid. Its a big car, his 3.8 m and 1,880 kg don’t turn it into a pureblood sports car to squeeze it at his maximum but perhaps here resides the Maserati elegance and charm. An excellent ZF automatic gearbox that has six-speed with four levels of driving. The calculated distribution of the weight, his excellent suspension calibration and the softness of how the gearbox works surprise pleasantly.
