The third Twingo generation is based in the new Clio platform. Comes with three finishing levels and two motors. They looked for on his design an economic and versatile vehicle.

The orange model at the picture is the GT version with 10CV of potency. has a 1.2 L motor with turbo and the most economic version is another one with 2 L with 75 CV of potency.

We found abundance of plastics in the new Twingo’s interior. A panel of instrumentation placed in the middle. The sports versions: Dynamique and GT have integrated a tachometer while a LCD panel will give us information about the velocity and the fuel consumption. The glove compartment comes equipped with a USB connector that allows to connect MP3 player. The four seats can be moved independently and the front passenger seat can be pulled down completely to earn space. The Bluetooth connection is also available, which is somewhat impressive for an utility car of these characteristics.

It seems like the Twingo has maturated and we found ourselves with an “adult” car and with the ecological touch that Renault wants to print to their new car generation.
