Volkswagen has taken the decision to transfer the production of this hybrid car from the Bratislava factory to Volkswagen Navarra factory that will become the only factory of the multinational that will manufacture this model. They will manufacture 300 units every week.

Volkswagen wanted to get into the country fashion giving to the Polo with a ‘offroad’ version but without mechanical concessions in order that I’ll be feasible, that is to say, that esthetically seems a SUV in small size but forget yourself to drive it into a river, or putting it into a clay or to raise uphills, this utility car wasn’t made for that.

They have given more elevation from the ground and an adapted muffling in order that to a bigger height from the ground do not affect the behavior of the car.

The Cross Polo will offer the 1,2 (70 CV) motor with 1,4 ( 80 CV ), with manual or automatic option and of 1,6 ( 105 CV ). As to the diesel motor, they will have with the 1,4 ( 70 CV ) and 1,9 (100 CV) model. The price is from 17,000 euros.
